The District Chief Executive for Sekyere Central, Samuel Somuah, on Monday, June 2, 2025, led a team of Management and Staff from the District Assembly on a project monitoring tour to assess the progress of key infrastructure projects in the Beposo and Kwamang communities.

The inspection began at the Ghana Muslim Mission Senior High School in Beposo, where the team visited a 20-seater water closet toilet facility under construction.

The DCE also took time to inspect the ongoing work on a new Assembly Hall for the school, a project being solely financed by the school authorities.
Somuah commended the school’s management for their initiative and commitment to improving infrastructure on campus. He assured them of the Assembly’s continuous support to ensure the successful completion of the project.

At Kwamang, the DCE and his delegation visited the site of a 3-Unit Nurses Quarters at the Kwamang Health Centre, as well as inspected portions of the Kwamang town roads currently under construction.
Samuel Somuah reiterated the government’s unwavering commitment to improving social infrastructure in the district.

He assured the public that all ongoing projects would be completed and handed over on time to improve healthcare, education, and transportation within the Sekyere Central District.
The inspection forms part of the Assembly’s regular monitoring efforts aimed at ensuring quality and timely execution of development projects to benefit the people.
