Blacoe Soccer Queens have successfully secured their third consecutive qualification to the WRFA Women’s Division One Middle League after holding Leona Ladies to a 2-2 draw in the second leg of the league at Sebess Park on Saturday, April 5, 2025.

The result was enough to confirm Blacoe’s place in the Middle League, following their dominant 3-0 victory over Leona Ladies in the first leg in Debiso.

Despite a resilient performance from Leona Ladies, Blacoe’s solid defensive setup and attacking threat ensured they achieved their goal of qualification.

In the second leg, Leona Ladies fought hard to turn the tie around, but Blacoe Soccer Queens were determined to maintain their advantage from the first leg.

The 2-2 draw in Sefwi Bekwai proved to be sufficient for Blacoe, who maintained their unbeaten run against Leona Ladies over the two fixtures.

With the qualification secured, Blacoe Soccer Queens will now look ahead to the Middle League, where the competition will be more intense.

Technical Director Martin Benjamin Appiah has once again proven his tactical prowess, guiding the team to an impressive third consecutive qualification.

This achievement not only highlights the team’s consistency and skill but also reinforces their status as one of the top teams in the WRFA Women’s Division One League.

Fans and supporters of Blacoe Soccer Queens are excited to see what lies ahead for the team as they continue their pursuit of success in the competition.
