De Prince, popularly known as DJ Mu DJ of Rich1 FM in Diaso, has secured an impressive three nominations at the 2025 Western North Media Festival & Personality Awards, a prestigious event that recognizes outstanding contributions within the regionโs media and entertainment industry.
He has been nominated in the categories of Drive Time Show & Host of the Year, Best Radio Advertiser of the Year, and Best Radio DJ of the Year, competing against some of the finest radio personalities across the Western North Region.
In the Drive Time Show & Host of the Year category, DJ Mu DJ will battle it out with DJ Broni (Radio Rainbow), Pope Skinny (Lord FM), Agyengo (Ehan FM), Fresh Ike (Agooha FM), Santino (Trickie FM), Nana Ansu Gyeabour (DJ Prodigal โBโ) โ Vision FM, Ohemaa Asieduwaa (Nyamekye Radio), Lexis Bee (Faith FM), and DJ Kingship (Stylish FM).
For Best Radio Advertiser of the Year, he faces competition from Nana Ama Amponsah Kobi (Adehyie FM), Akuapem Hann (Okyeame Radio), Listowel Tanor (Fada Listowel) โ Vision FM, and Okyeame Kofi (Stylish FM).
In the Best Radio DJ of the Year category, DJ Mu DJ will go up against DJ Raphael (Nokware FM), DJ Casheno (Faith FM), DJ Sensible (Adehyie FM), DJ Ponk (Rainbow Radio), DJ Aristotle (Max FM), and DJ Sly K (Max FM).
The multiple nominations reaffirm DJ Mu DJโs consistency, talent, and influence in the Western North media space.
His creativity and commitment to quality broadcasting continue to earn him recognition both regionally and nationally.
Notably, De Prince is no stranger to success. At the 2024 Western North Media Festival & Personality Awards, he won Best Radio DJ of the Year and Best Radio Advertiser of the Year.
He also emerged as the Event Organizer of the Year at the Akwabaa FM Event Awards 2024.
In addition, at the 2024 Foklex Media Awards, he made history by winning Drive Time Presenter of the Year for the Central Region.
