The Sefwi Wiawso Traditional Council has confirmed there is no change to the date, day, or venue for its Extraordinary Traditional Council and General Nananom Meetings, both taking place today, Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
In a statement issued on Monday, August 11, 2025, Registrar Solomon Ackah-Tano said the Extraordinary Traditional Council Meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Okatakyie Hotel Conference Hall in Dwinase-Tanoso, off the Sefwi Datano Road.
The General Meeting of Nananom in the Traditional Area will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the Wiawso College of Education Assembly Hall.
“All Traditional Council Members must endeavour to come on the agreed time so as to finish with the agenda for the day and proceed to Wiawso College of Education for the General Nananom Meeting at 1:00 p.m. prompt,” the statement said.
The Council urged all members to attend promptly at the agreed times to ensure the day’s agenda is completed on schedule.
