A total of 68 candidates have thrown their hats into the ring for the position of District Chief Executive (DCE) across various constituencies in the Western North Region.
The aspiring candidates are competing for the position of Municipal and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs) in the following constituencies:
- Bia East: 8 candidates
- Suaman: 5 candidates
- Aowin: 8 candidates
- Bibiani Anhwiso Bekwai: 17 candidates
- Akontombra: 6 candidates
- Juaboso: 3 candidates
- Wiawso: 8 candidates
- Bodi: 5 candidates
- Bia West: 8 candidates
