Sefwi All Stars have expressed their appreciation to the CEO of Soccer Intellectuals, Robert Otieku Duncan, following a tense period ahead of their weekend game at Eduyaw Asasan Park.

According to the report, Soccer Intellectuals allegedly issued a severe threat against the management, playing body, and technical team of the Sefwi All Stars ahead of their week 29 fixture in the Access Bank Division One League.
This aggressive stance was reportedly in response to a previous encounter where members of Soccer Intellectuals claimed they were physically assaulted by Sefwi All Stars.
In their statement on Facebook, Sefwi All Stars conveyed their gratitude, stating, “Special appreciation to the management of Soccer Intellectuals Football Club from the Chairman, Robert Duncan to the last person for ensuring the safety of our players, management, and technical staff. We are grateful.”
Additionally, Augustine Boah, the Secretary of Sefwi All Stars, commented on the situation, emphasizing the crucial role Robert Duncan played in ensuring a peaceful resolution.
“It took his intervention for us to leave the venue. Honestly, they did very well,” Boah stated.
