Aowin MFA to commence Juvenile League on June 12

The Chairman of the Aowin Municipal Football Association, Isaac Bonah has distributed footballs to Juvenile clubs within the municipality.

According to him, this will serve as motivation and help the kids to have a feel of the balls to be used on match days.

This was done after a meeting with the clubs on how best to develop juvenile football in the area.

However, the Aowin Municipal Football Association has set June 12-13, 2021, as the commencement date for the Juvenile League across the Municipality. This year’s league would have 12 affiliated teams drawn into two groups.

Due to the strict adherence to COVID-19 protocols, Achimfo Park and Enchi Catholic Park have been selected to host both Under 13 and Under 15 competition.

The winners of the Under 13 and 15 will represent the Aowin Municipal Football Association at the Regional level.
