The Western Regional Football Association has approved Bibiani Dun’s Park and SEBESS Park in Sefwi Bekwai to host the first-ever Division Two Super Middle League on the land of Sefwi.
The approval comes after the Acting President of the Western North Football Clubs Association, Isaiah Kwarteng, tendered a proposal to the regional secretariat to host the competition in the area.
A letter signed by the Western Regional Football Association Secretary, Mr. Andrews Kwesi Eshun, stated that 2021/22 Division Two Super Middle League is scheduled between 5th and 12th July 2022.
SEBESS Park in Sefwi Bekwai will host Group A and B games, while Bibiani Dun’s Park will host Group C & D matches.
16 clubs from four different zones will be drawn into four groups, and the winner of each group will qualify for the semi-finals.
The final of the 2021/22 Western Regional Football Association Division Two Super Middle League will take place on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at Bibiani Dun’s Park.
