Bibiani Goldstars held to a draw by Bechem Utd despite late drama

Bibiani Goldstars were unable to secure their eighth consecutive home victory as Bechem United held them to a draw.

Despite an intense battle, neither team could find the breakthrough in the first half, leading to a goalless scoreline at halftime.

As the match progressed, the tension mounted, with both sides eager to seize any opportunity.

However, it was Emmanuel Annor of Bechem United who finally broke the deadlock in the 86th minute, sending the visiting fans into jubilation.

Just when it seemed like Bechem United would secure a crucial away win, Bibiani Gold Stars mounted a late comeback.

In a dramatic turn of events, Even Appau managed to find the equalizer on 90+14, salvaging a point from the match.

With this result, Goldstars maintain their 9th position in the league standings with 40 points, while Bechem United sits in 7th position with 41 points and a game in hand.

Looking ahead, Bibiani Gold Stars will face Nsoatreman in their next fixture, hoping to return to winning ways on the road.

Meanwhile, Bechem United will aim to capitalize on their home advantage as they prepare to host Karela United in their upcoming match.
