Bibiani Goldstars maintain unbeaten run against Young Apostles

Bibiani Goldstars continued their impressive start to the season, extending their unbeaten run to ten games in the Premier League with a hard-fought goalless draw against Young Apostles FC at the Nana Abrefa Nketiah VII Stadium on Sunday.

Frimpong Manso’s side entered the game with a three-point lead at the top of the league table, but the result means that their advantage has been reduced to a single point.

Despite the outcome, Goldstars remain at the summit with 20 points from 10 games, showcasing their resilience and consistency.

Young Apostles, playing at home, controlled much of the possession and pressed for a breakthrough. However, Goldstars’ defense held strong, withstanding multiple tests throughout the match at the Nana Abrefa Nketiah VII Stadium.

The shared points leave Young Apostles in a less favorable position, slipping to 14th in the standings as they look to turn around their season.

Goldstars now set their sights on their next match as they prepare to face Medeama, hoping to secure maximum points and strengthen their lead in the title race.
