Chief donates 100 desks to Sefwi Obeng-Mim basic school

Oheneba Nana Kwame Obeng II has donated 100 desks to Sefwi Obeng-Min Primary and Junior High School in the Juaboso District of the Western North Region.

The 100 dual desks and seven tables for teachers were to enhance teaching and learning activities in the school.

The Obeng-Min Royal School was built by the Chief of the Community and has provided school bags, free uniforms, free exercise books, dual desks and financed the monthly salary of seven teachers employed.

Speaking to, the Chief of Sefwi Obeng-Min, Oheneba Nana Kwame Obeng II, said furniture was needed to expand the facility.

Nana said the developmental projects of the community always have an economic ripple effect in the area and he will continue to use all the funds towards humanities work.

According to Oheneba Nana Kwame Obeng II, the school projects change the lives of not only the students but the entire community.


The Chief of Sefwi Obeng-Min expressed gratitude to all his international supporters who made the school successful and changed the lives of those in the area.
