Essaman United whipped Asuopiriman Football Club by two goals to nil in a friendly encounter last Sunday at the Nana Kwaku Kanka Park in Essam.
This game happened to be the first-ever match for Essaman United and with the zeal from the Management, the technical team and the playing body brought smiles to their supporters at the Nana Kwaku Kanka Park.
Essaman United Under-13 side opened the deal in a goalless draw with Asuopiriman Football Club whiles the Under-15 level also ended one goal at a piece as the curtain raiser.
The senior side of Essaman United was energized by the performance exhibited by their junior teams and this yielded a great performance from Nketia Godfred scoring twice for the capital base club.
The capital base club nicknamed ‘The Pillars’ was formed on Wednesday 26th June 2019 at Essam in the Bia West Constituency. The club was established to make Bia and Western North Region as football hub for the upcoming generations.
Furthermore, the club is yet to appoint its Executives as indicated by Dinpa Obeng Collins, the Chief Executive Officer of Dinpa Creations who is currently the bankroller of the club.
Meanwhile, the Pillars will welcome the inform Asona Football Club from Oseikojokrom on Sunday 21st July 2019 at the Nana Kwaku Kanka Park in Essam.
