The Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Forestry Commission, Hon. Martha Kwayie-Manu is embarking on a post-planting field assessment exercise to some selected Forest Districts in the Western North Region.
The field assessment is to evaluate the early stages of plant development after a month of the Green Ghana Day, which was observed on June 11, 2021.
According to Forestry Commission, the assessment is based on weed control, plant vigour and survival.
