Goldstars defeat Sefwi All Stars in Preseason friendly

Bibiani GoldStars SC emerged victorious with a 2-0 win over Sefwi All Stars in their first preseason friendly match following their tour in the Central Region.

The match, held at Bibiani International Park, showcased the team’s promising form and set a positive tone for their upcoming season.

The GoldStars showcased their attacking prowess with goals from Amoaful Abdul Farouk and Samuel Atta Kumi. Farouk opened the scoring with a precise strike, setting the tone for the match.

Atta Kumi added the second goal, cementing the team’s control and ensuring a comfortable win.

Prior to this match, Bibiani GoldStars had faced a narrow defeat against Asante Kotoko in their previous game in Cape Coast.

Despite the loss, Head Coach Frimpong Manso remained optimistic, highlighting that there were several positives to take away from the encounter.
