John Bitar Company donates to Kyidomhene Foundation’s support for Widows and Orphans

John Bitar Company Limited, a leading timber firm based in Sefwi Wiawso, has reaffirmed its dedication to corporate social responsibility by making a significant donation to the Kyidomhene Foundation.

The contribution, which was presented during the foundation’s annual program aimed at supporting widows and orphans, included 15 bags of rice, five boxes of Indomie noodles, three boxes of Frytol cooking oil, and assorted items such as bottled water, soft drinks, and canned mackerel.

Nana Elluo Panyin III, the Founder of the Wiawso Kyidomhene Foundation and Kyidomhene of the Sefwi Wiawso Traditional Council, as well as the Chief of Sefwi Nsuonsua, received the donation on behalf of the foundation.

In his remarks, Nana Elluo Panyin III expressed profound gratitude to John Bitar Company Limited for their generous gesture.

He highlighted the unique nature of their support, noting that the company extended its assistance without prior solicitation, a testament to their unwavering commitment to community development.

“This donation will bring immense relief and joy to the widows and orphans who are the primary beneficiaries of our program. John Bitar Company Limited has shown extraordinary kindness and has set an example of what it means to give back to society,” Nana Elluo Panyin III stated.

The Kyidomhene Foundation has long been dedicated to providing care and support for vulnerable individuals, particularly widows and orphans. The contribution from John Bitar Company Limited marks a significant boost to the foundation’s efforts.

Ebenezer Nyame, the Public Relations Officer of John Bitar Company Limited, spoke to the media, emphasizing the company’s commitment to fostering community well-being.

He affirmed that John Bitar Company would continue to support initiatives that positively impact lives in the Sefwi Wiawso area.
