The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Rutab Creation and Bridals, Mrs Ruth Akosua Mintah, well known as (RUTAB), has urged the youth to learn a skill to help build our economy and impact other’s lives.
Speaking to Sefwinews.com, Rutab said learning a skill is essential, and one can only create job opportunities for him or herself through skill training.
According to the 2020 Western North Best Fashion Designer, skills can also be transferred to others to help transform lives in our communities through training and build a better economy in the country.
“The only way we can own local businesses and also train others to own businesses to build a better economy is by skills. Learn a skill now to impact other lives,” Mrs Ruth Akosua Mintah told Sefwinews.com.
The multiple award winner, Rutab, aims in leading the force in training people to be entrepreneurs through fashion design, technology and ideas for the African and global markets.
She emerged as the Best CEO and Young Female Entrepreneur of the year category at the 2021 Ghana Youth Awards, held in Kumasi.
