Mary Amponsah and Black Princesses wrap up training camp in Bibiani

The Black Princesses, led by head coach Charles Sampson, have successfully concluded their two-week training camp in Bibiani today.

The training camp served as an essential phase of preparation for the Black Princesses ahead of the 2025 FIFA Women’s U-20 World Cup qualifiers, focusing on skill development, fitness, and team cohesion.

The players, including standout talent Mary Amponsah, engaged in intensive training sessions aimed at enhancing their fitness, skills, and tactical understanding ahead of the highly anticipated qualifiers.

The camp was designed to provide the team with the necessary tools and cohesion to compete at the highest level.

The Black Princesses will now shift their focus to upcoming international fixtures, with the team aiming to secure a spot in the prestigious World Cup tournament.

The dedication and hard work exhibited throughout the camp reflect their commitment to achieving success on the global stage.
