RTU midfielder Shafiq Muntari has joined the Western North region’s sole representative in the Ghana Premier League, Bibiani Goldstars.
Coach Michael Osei was impressed with the midfielder following his performance at the Temale-based club in the 2021/22 season.
The former Ashanti Gold midfielder joined the Northern Blues in the second round of the Ghana Premier League and was an important member of the team.
The experienced midfielder has signed a two-year deal after successfully going through all mandatory medical examinations and other tests.
Muntari, before joining Bibiani Goldstars played for RTU, spent time in the United Arab Emirates, playing for Dibba AlHisn Sports Club and BA United as well.
