Sub-Middle League: Vimabe Fc remains unbeaten in Division Two League

Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Division Two Champions Vimabe Football Club has placed Yawmatwe Young Boys at their proper position in the ongoing Western North Sub-middle league at Asawinso Awuah Memorial Park.

The club has gone six games unbeaten in the 2020/21 Western Region Division Two League. Vimabe has won four and drew two games in this year’s campaign.

The Bibiani based side drew one-all in their first game against Adjoafuaman Football Club on Friday.

‘The Wise People’ has today dismantled Yawmatwe Young Boys by three goals to nil after the final whistle by Referee Baba Asare.

Issah Adamu broke the virginity of the game in the 6th minute through a penalty kick.

Two others from Prince Darko on 44th and Eric Agyapong on the 65th minute sealed a convincing win for the 2013 Super Middle Finalist.

Furthermore, Vimabe Football Club has taken over Group ‘A’ as league leaders with four points plus three goals.

On Sunday, ‘The Wise People’ will face third-place Boako Nationals whilst Adjoafuaman Fc battle district rivals Yawmatwa Young Boys.
