Holy Stars put up an impressive performance yesterday after thrashing Adjoafuaman 5-1 to reach the semifinals of the 2020/21 Western Regional Football Association Division Two Super Middle League.

To achieve such a dream, Holy Stars have a task ahead as they face Akropong United Football Club in the Semifinals of the ongoing Super Middle League in Aiyinase.
The Wassa Akropong outfit eliminated Nkwantaman United in the quarter-finals 5-4 on penalties after a 2-2 draw in the regulation time.
Holy Stars has a sharp attack and reliable defenders, scoring five goals and conceded a goal in the competition. Akropong United has scored two and conceded two goals.
The first semifinal fixture will kickoff at 1 pm at Crosby Awuah Memorial Park, and a winner will face the match-winner of semifinal-2 on Sunday.
However, Bis Paradise and Sekondi Eleven Wise have given football fans pure competition, nerve-wracking moments and above all top quality football entertainment in the Zonal stage of the 2020/21 Division Two League season.
The two teams fought gallantly – and sold one of the most entertaining games when they met in the zonal phase of the campaign.
The first and the second round fixtures in the Zonal Stage between Bis Paradise and Sekondi Eleven Wise ended 1-1.
Ahead of today’s semifinal fixture, Bis Paradise defeated Aboi Young Stars 2-0 whilst Sekondi Eleven Wise won 2-1 over Great Islamicans yesterday at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park.
Their game shall kick off at 3 pm, and hopes to see hundreds of fans enjoying the Takoradi Derby.
However, the final of the Super Middle League Finals has been slated for Sunday, September 19, 2021.
