A pretty and energetic young lady, Miss Margaret Armah with the stage name, Maggie has been chosen among other contenders to compete for the crown in the maiden edition of Miss Western North (MWN 2020).
Miss Western North pageant is aimed at carving the impressive niche as it is going to generate awareness to various socio-economic problems, collaborate with government institutions and corporate firms in sending relief to several deserving communities in the region.
Margaret Armah, born 1st July 2001, is a Ghanaian by nationality and a native of Sefwi. She has spent the majority of her life living in Sefwi Wiawso where she had a strong parental influence and guidance till she attended Datus International in Tema.
She gained admission into Sekondi College where she studied the science program for her secondary level education and has now gained admission into the University of Cape Coast Biomedical School, which marks the first step in the pursuance of her dream of becoming a medical doctor.
Margaret is a Christian by religion, who takes pride in following the norms and teaching of the Bible. Her upbringing has seen her get involved in choreography, playwriting, poem writing and reading.
Her mother had to single-handedly raise all six children after the sorrowful demise of her husband, their father when Maggie was but three years of age.
She has imbibed in her a strong spirit of resilience and determination, and these two attributes have been the cornerstone of her academic growth as well as her mental strength.
