The Western North Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Benjamin Armah, has embarked on a comprehensive monitoring tour across various registration centres within the region.
His visit aims not only to monitor the registration process but also to gather first-hand information on its progress and to foster unity among party members.
During his tour, Benjamin Armah commended the leadership of the party at the various constituencies, the dedicated youth members, hardworking Parliamentary Candidates, and the Municipal and District Chief Executives for their efforts, which have led to positive results in the ongoing registration exercise.
One notable stop on Chairman Armah’s tour was in the Aowin Constituency, where he convened a meeting of key political figures and dignitaries to strategize on capturing the parliamentary seat from the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
He emphasized the importance of unity, quoting the proverb, “When spiders unite, they can tie down a lion,” and expressed confidence that through unity, the party can establish the region as a stronghold.
The tour, scheduled to continue until June 14, 2024, coinciding with the completion of the transfer of votes, underscores the NPP’s commitment to employing effective strategies and vigilance to secure victory in the upcoming elections.
