Gideon Anaba wins ‘MOTM’ Award as Goldstars beat Legon Cities in GPL opener

In an electrifying start to the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season, Gideon Anaba of Bibiani Goldstars emerged as the standout player, winning the Man of the Match (MOTM) award in their 2-1 victory over Legon Cities at Dun’s Park.

Goals from Kumi Attah and Gideon Anaba secured all three points for Gold Stars in a closely contested match.

Anaba’s performance was instrumental in securing the win for the Goldstars, showcasing his skill, vision, and determination throughout the match.

Signed during the winter transfer window from Division One side Sefwi All Stars, Anaba quickly became a key figure for Bibiani Goldstars after joining them in the second round of the 2023/24 season.
