Solomon Afful, popularly known as Virtuous Beatz, is a multifaceted music producer, rapper, and songwriter from the Western North Region of Ghana.
His passion for music began at an early age, and he has since developed into a renowned figure in the Ghanaian music industry.
His journey started with his basic education at Hillary Clinton International School in Sefwi Subiri Nkwanta, located in the Bibiani Municipality. During his time in school, he showed early signs of musical talent, which would later define his career.
In 2009, Virtuous Beatz furthered his education at Adventist Senior High School in Kumasi. It was here that his passion for music production truly blossomed. He became known among his peers for his musical skills and was affectionately nicknamed “Obidi.”
His high school years played a crucial role in shaping his musical identity, as he actively participated in music-related activities and honed his craft.
After completing high school in 2013, Virtuous Beatz moved to Accra, where he pursued his dream of becoming a professional music producer. With determination and self-discipline, he dedicated himself to learning music production techniques through self-study.
His hard work soon paid off, and by 2015, he had gained recognition under the name F-Beat in Adenta and its surrounding areas. He became particularly well-known at Oyarifa School Junction, where he resided and continued refining his skills.
In 2021, Virtuous Beatz’s career took another leap when he was introduced to Stucky Kojo, a sound designer and CEO of Planet Records. This introduction was facilitated by the singer Mizture, marking a significant turning point in his career.
Through this collaboration, Virtuous Beatz expanded his network in the industry, working with various artists and producers to enhance his craft.
Over the years, he has collaborated with several notable musicians and producers in Ghana. Some of his associated acts include Lil Zeal, Feather 1, Ayibor Gaza, Clintex, DJ Rangi, DJ Kesh Africa, Monies Beatz, M Kelly, Ninepence, Joe Capito, Benji Reigns, Majesti, Riddle Man, Survivor Beatz, Celestina, Stucky Kojo, and Mizture. These collaborations have helped shape his style and establish him as a versatile music producer.
Virtuous Beatz gained widespread attention in 2018 when he released a cover of Sarkodie’s hit song “Biibi Ba.” The cover showcased his exceptional talent and catapulted him into the limelight.
As a result, he became a sought-after producer, known for his ability to create high-quality music. His works in music production include mixing, mastering, voice-overs, soundtracks, recordings, artwork, and songwriting.
As the CEO of Virtuous Line Records, Virtuous Beatz provides a platform for aspiring musicians to showcase their talents. His production firm helps artists refine their skills and record high-quality music.
He strongly believes that great music stems from excellent production, mixing, and mastering. His dedication to producing top-tier music has earned him a solid reputation in the industry.
One of his recent projects includes a cover of the hit Ghanaian song “Kwaku the Traveler” by Black Sherif. This cover, available on all streaming platforms, further solidified his place as a creative force in the music industry.

Beyond music production, Virtuous Beatz is also involved in event management. He is the CEO of Lucky Legion Entertainment, a company that organizes various events such as weddings, gatherings, jams, and anniversaries.
One of its major projects is the annual “THIS IS SEFWI” event, held in Sefwi Subiri Nkwanta every December through January 1st. This event focuses on nurturing talent, developing skills, and empowering young entrepreneurs with support from KOSUM Youth.
