The much-anticipated 2025 Senior High School (SHS) Inter-School Sports Festival for Western North – Zone B officially kicks off today, Monday, June 30, at the Bia Senior High/Technical School in Debiso.
Organized under the auspices of the Ghana Education Service (GES), the festival promises five days of thrilling sportsmanship, talent display, and healthy competition among nine leading senior high schools in the region.
Participating schools include:
- Bodi SHS
- Juaboso SHS
- Bia SHTS (Host)
- Asawinso SHS
- Adjoafua SHS
- Dadieso SHS
- Adabokrom SHS
- Akontombra SHS
- Nana Brentu SHS
The students will compete in Handball, Volleyball, Football, and Athletics, showcasing their skills, determination, and teamwork as they battle for supremacy and regional pride.
The festival runs until Friday, July 4, with exciting finals expected to crown the champions of this year’s Zone B competition.
