NPP Constituency Aspirants Unite for Peace Walk in Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Constituency will on Sunday, July 5, 2026, organize a Unity Walk involving all constituency executive aspirants as part of efforts to promote peaceful, decent, and issue-based campaigns ahead of the party’s constituency elections.

The event, which is being organized by the Kwamekrom Electoral Area NPP, will commence promptly at 5:40 a.m. from Kwamekrom and is expected to bring together party executives, polling station officers, electoral area coordinators, supporters, and stakeholders from across the constituency.

According to the organizers, the primary objective of the Unity Walk is to encourage peace, decorum, and mutual respect among all contestants and their supporters before, during, and after the NPP Constituency Executive Elections, scheduled for Saturday, July 11, 2026.

Several key party figures are expected to participate in the exercise, including the Western North Deputy Youth Organizer, Kwabene Amankwah Asiedu, the incumbent Constituency Chairman, Kwame Asamoah, Constituency Secretary Joseph Halifax Amandeh, and the incumbent Deputy Constituency Secretary, Anane Korsah, among other constituency executives and aspirants.

Organizers say the walk is intended to send a strong message that while competition is a normal part of democratic politics, it should be conducted in an atmosphere of unity, respect, and sportsmanship.

They have therefore appealed to all aspirants, party faithful, and supporters to participate in the exercise and demonstrate their commitment to preserving the unity of the NPP in the Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Constituency.
