To the leaders of the United States, the Caribbean, Africa, and to high‑profile advocates and individuals like former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey; to media institutions including Daily Graphic Ghana, GhanaWeb, Sefwinews, Peace FM; to all forms of organizations;
To the President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama and his government; to the founders of Black Lives Matter Alicia Garza, Patrisse Cullors, Ayo Tometi; to the President of Botswana, President Duma Gideon Boko; to Burkina Faso President Captain Ibrahim Traore; to Prof PLO Lumumba; to the United Nations and all civil rights movements across the globe and to all social media users across the globe.
We stand at a pivotal moment in the ongoing struggle for equality, justice and human dignity. For centuries, the narrative of identity has been shaped by constructs rooted in power, not biology. The categories of Black and White were never reflections of true race or color, but tools of social stratification designed to elevate the so-called White group while subjugating the so-called Black group since the seventeenth century.
Science affirms that all humans originated with dark skin, and that pale skin tones emerged later through adaptation to different climates. These are variations within a single human family, not divisions of separate races as many have been brainwashed to believe.
Modern genetics confirms this beyond reasonable doubt: all living people trace their maternal lineage back to one woman who lived in Africa tens of thousands of years ago, popularly known as Mitochondrial Eve.
She was not the only woman who lived at that time, but she was the only one from that era whose mitochondrial DNA line has survived unbroken to the present day and to future generations. This African origin of all living humans is one of the most robust findings in genetics, supported by decades of mitochondrial and nuclear DNA studies.
As humans migrated out of Africa and spread across Eurasia, they encountered other archaic human groups, including Neanderthals and, farther east, Denisovans. Genetic evidence shows that these groups interbred with the ancestors of present‑day non‑Africans. Yet even with this limited mixing, the core story remains unchanged: our deepest roots, and our direct maternal lines, are unequivocally African.
Today, people of European ancestry carry about one to two percent Neanderthal DNA in their nuclear genome, commonly estimated around one point seven to two percent, and a very small, often near‑zero Denisovan contribution, in contrast to Melanesian and some Oceanian populations, where Denisovan ancestry can reach four to six percent.
In other words, roughly one to two percent of the DNA in modern Europeans comes from these archaic humans, with almost all of it from Neanderthals. Crucially, studies of mitochondrial DNA show that modern Europeans do not carry Neanderthal mtDNA lineages; even if they do, just one to two percent does not make any difference and therefore reinforces that our direct maternal lines descend from African ancestors like Mitochondrial Eve, not from Neanderthal women.
Nuclear DNA tells the story of limited interbreeding; mitochondrial DNA tells the story of a purely African maternal root for all living humans on Earth today, across the world, Homo Sapiens. Also, Homo Sapiens had a dark-skinned colour, meaning everyone living today’s ancestors were equally dark people and not pale or any kind of colour we see today due to climate adaptation and evolution.
It is essential to understand the distinct difference between dark people and the label Black. Dark describes a biological reality: the natural skin color produced by melanin, which all early humans possessed as they evolved under the strong sun in Africa.
Dark skin is a human trait, varied in shade but continuous across populations and grounded in genetics and adaptation. Black, by contrast, is a social and political label created to classify and rank those who can be controlled and oppressed.
It was never a scientific category nor the skin color as many have been conditioned to believe. It was constructed to bundle diverse dark‑skinned peoples into a single, inferior group, regardless of their actual ethnic, cultural, or genetic differences. In this system, dark is what you are by nature; Black is what you were made to be called by design.
This is the truth they do not want you to know, let alone to understand. This is because they know if you understand the truth, you will not repeat those fake labels again. When you stop repeating those fake labels, it means you have removed the authority and power embedded in the white label and refrain from being seen as inferior, as the label Black implies by design; hence, you are both on the same scale as meant to be as humans and, of course, Homo Sapiens.
These labels were not meant to be equal; that is why people have protested and talked about equality for centuries yet see not much result.
The pale skin tone was developed as some human populations moved from Africa into regions with less sunlight and needed to produce more vitamin D. Pale is the true biological term. White, however, is a social construct invented to designate superiority, privilege, and belonging to a dominant group. It was never about skin colour, but it was about power. In the actual sense, have you seen a White human being before?
Even in Europe, those in Spain, Portugal, Italy, etc skin tones are a bit less pale as compared to those in Sweden, Norway, etc because in those countries they experience more sunshine as compared to those in Sweden, etc. This further explains why even among Europeans, not all have the same skin tones.
Also, many groups were once considered not fully White, but later they became included as the boundaries of Whiteness shifted to serve political and economic interests. Thus, pale is a physical characteristic; White is a status granted or denied. In 1913, a young girl of African descent by the name Sarah Rector was declared White by the Oklahoma Legislature by those in power.
In the beginning, the Irish and Italians were not classified as White until the late eighteenth century onwards. Race is natural and not something that other humans have to approve of. All these expose the lies created in the seventeenth century when these fake labels were adopted.
The problem is not merely in policies or protests, but in the fundamental framework of identity itself. No amount of activism will achieve lasting equality if the underlying structure of social classification remains unchallenged. True justice requires dismantling the false narratives that have shaped our understanding of who we are.
Before the seventeenth century, what names did the Europeans call themselves? They were called by their own ethnic, regional, or kingdom names such as English, Spanish, German, etc. The question is why a sudden change to adopt white as their identity? Thus, to sort people into hierarchy, justify slavery as nothing wrong, and that they are not the same humans but rather less human, which came as a result of ignorance.
Now we have all come to understand that all those ideas were wrong, and Africans and people of African descent went through inhuman treatment. Many were killed, tortured, lynched, hanged, and sometimes even burnt alive while they gathered and watched, even with children.
This made the children equally believe these lies because they saw what the Africans and people of African descent went through at various places across the globe, especially in the USA. Even when slavery was over, several atrocious activities went on in the USA because they still believed that they were white and that the privileges stood no matter what.
Many of us have heard about Jim Crow laws in the USA and several atrocities against people of African descent, all in the name of a fake label, white. Many highly educated men and women across the globe even think it is true because these lies have been in the system since the seventeenth century until this twenty-first century. It is often said that when lies are repeated several times, it makes them seem to be true.
This is why it is advisable for all humans to understand that these are lies meant to discriminate and to justify atrocities and nothing more. All humans are the same, irrespective of skin colors, which were developed through climate adaptation and not different human species. This fake idea of Black and White taught people to believe these lies for centuries.
Many countries in Europe, America, etc have even instituted these on forms such as school admission forms, work employment forms, etc to indicate what race you are, reinforcing these same lies so it will continue forever. Meanwhile, these are lies; why do governments allow these lies to continue?
This is why it is important for anyone of African descent and those who believe in fairness across the globe to take this information seriously so we can put an end to the lies which have destroyed lives, businesses, homes, etc. Much of the police brutality in the USA is mostly based on the lies of Black and White people.
Why is it that in the USA, people of African descent easily get killed by the police even for something minor, which nothing of such would have been done if the other person happened to be the same pale person as the police? In the same way, many have been jailed for several years who are of African descent as compared to the same crime committed by pale people in the USA and other places.
Do you think African-descent police will not have sympathy for their fellow African-descent people, not to kill but to arrest the person and face the law, which often happens with pale police doing the same with their fellow pale people, but sometimes the opposite is the case?
All these happen because many people are ignorant about humanity. If we all understand that all humans are the same, but we have different colors due to climate adaptation and evolution, not different races as many have been made to believe, it will reduce the hate and tension and make us live in peace as humans.
Let me ask you this: what races and colors are the Chinese, Japanese Indian etc if we are made to believe we have Black and White races? The answers to the question will equally expose centuries of lies. There is nothing like White or Black people.
We only have dark and pale people if you are very into categories. Otherwise, people should be called by their national identities, as we have English, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, etc., which shows politeness and equality.
We call upon political and community leaders in the USA, the Caribbean, all governments in Europe, America, Canada, etc and all people in Africa and the diaspora to champion educational initiatives that reveal the historical and scientific truths about human identity.
We call upon organizations advocating for equality, the Present of Ghana John Dramani Mahama and his government, the founders of Blacks Lives Matter Alicia Garza, Patrisse Cullors, Ayo Tometi, the President of Botswana, President Duma Gideon Boko, Burkina Faso President Captain Ibrahim Traore, Prof PLO Lumumba, the United Nations and all civil rights movements across the globe to integrate this foundational understanding into their missions, recognizing that social constructs must be deconstructed before new systems can be built.
We call upon influential figures and thoughtful leaders across the globe, especially in the Caribbean and Africa, to use their platforms to spread awareness and foster dialogue on reclaiming authentic identity rather than continuing with the current fake identities such as White and Black people based on lies.
There is nothing true as White or Black people, as many have been made to believe. Rather, we have Dark people and Pale people. Also, we call upon all social media users worldwide to share, discuss, and educate others on this hidden truth, creating a ripple effect that transcends borders and generations.
This is not a call for division, but for unity through truth. It is a call to recognize that we are not Black or White people as told before, but rather dark and pale people, variations of the same humanity. Only by dismantling the false foundations of identity can we pave the way for the equality and justice so many seek daily.
Every human is a Homo sapiens. Every Homo sapiens had dark‑skinned ancestors; pale skin tones developed later through climate adaptation and evolution, not as separate races. The labels White and Black are social constructs, not biological realities.
The true descriptors are dark‑skinned and pale‑skinned people, not White and Black people as many have been conditioned to believe since the seventeenth century.
Let us move forward not with protests alone, but with education, awareness, and a shared commitment to truth. When the foundation is corrected, the structure of justice will finally stand firm. Share with another person and educate others about the truth they do not want you to know, let alone understand.
Nothing will change until these fake labels such as White and Black are replaced with true labels such as dark and pale people. It is advisable that all governments help to make this truth known to the public and remove such forms to indicate such labels for people to mark to show their races, etc.
We have just one race, so why promote two or more races? This should be done immediately across all institutions, including private companies worldwide. Let us stop repeating centuries of lies and promote the truth. There is nothing like Black and White people but rather Dark, the original Homo Sapiens color, and Pale, the color through adaptation.
Let us stop the lies now. My question to everyone across the globe is: if humans recognized that slavery was inhumane and abolished it, why do we still maintain the fake racial labels such as Black and White that were originally created to justify the system of slavery, which is known to be bad, and abolished it?
