The Assembly Member for Asawinso ‘A’ Electoral Area, Frank Nelson Ackah, has made a significant contribution to youth sports development by donating a mower to Ambition Soccer Academy.
This donation fulfills a promise he made to the club and is part of his ongoing efforts to support the maintenance of the Asawinso Community Park.
The park, a crucial facility for the academy, is being prepared ahead of the upcoming 3rd Division League in the Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipality.
During the presentation of the mower, Frank Nelson Ackah, who also serves as the Interim National President of the Ghana Association of Assembly Members (GAAM), emphasized the importance of maintaining sports facilities to promote the development of young talent in the community.
He expressed his commitment to ensuring that the youth have access to well-maintained grounds where they can train and compete, highlighting the role of sports in fostering discipline, teamwork, and community spirit.
The Head Coach of Ambition Soccer Academy, Abraham Antoh, expressed his gratitude for the donation, noting that it would greatly enhance their ability to keep the park in excellent condition.
He acknowledged the Assembly Member’s continued support for the academy and the community, stating that such contributions are vital for the growth and success of local sports initiatives.
Abraham Antoh also encouraged other leaders and stakeholders to follow Frank Nelson Ackah’s example in supporting youth sports development.
