Mary Addo, a native of Bibiani in the Western North region, has called on the general public for assistance in funding a critical heart surgery in India for her 10-month-old daughter, Keren-Happuch Dadzie.
Keren-Happuch Dadzie’s battle with a debilitating illness has left her family with the daunting task of raising GHC 130,000 to enable her to undergo the life-saving procedure in India.
Mary Addo, the distressed mother, spoke to Sefwinews.com, emphasizing the urgency of the situation and the dire need for financial support. She stated, “I am a mother in anguish, watching my precious daughter suffer from this ailment.”
“I implore the kindness and compassion of the public to come forward and help us secure the necessary funds for Keren’s surgery. Every donation, no matter how small, can make a difference in saving her life,” she told Sefwinews.com.
In a show of solidarity, the Managing Editor of Sefwinews.com, Kwame Adolf Asmah, has also appealed to the public to rally behind the cause.
Asmah expressed, “Our hearts go out to Keren and her family in this difficult time. We urge everyone to join hands in this noble endeavour to ensure that Keren receives the medical treatment she urgently needs. Together, we can give her a fighting chance for a healthy future.”
