The Member of Parliament for Akontombra Constituency, Pious Kwame Nkuah, in collaboration with Daybreak Vision, is set to provide free eye screening and surgery for his constituents.
The initiative is scheduled for January 31st and February 1st, 2025, aiming to address vision impairments and enhance eye health in the constituency.
This effort follows similar programs by other MPs, such as Kwabena Mintah Akandoh of Juaboso Constituency, who facilitated free eye screening and surgeries for over 200 residents, and Dr. Godfred Seidu Jasaw of Wa East Constituency, who sponsored comprehensive eye screening for his community.
The program highlights the MP’s commitment to improving healthcare access for his constituents. By addressing critical health concerns, such as vision impairments, the initiative seeks to enhance the quality of life and productivity of beneficiaries.
Constituents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to receive vital eye care services. This initiative is expected to bring significant relief to many struggling with vision issues, making a lasting positive impact in the Akontombra Constituency.
