ENCHICOE announces 60th Anniversary logo competition

Enchi College of Education is gearing up for its momentous 60th Anniversary celebrations, and they’re inviting everyone to be part of the journey.

Under the theme “60 Years of Quality Education: Sustaining Our Gains, Embracing the Future,” the College aims to reflect on its achievements, challenges, and aspirations for the future.

To kickstart the festivities, the Anniversary Planning Committee has announced a Logo Competition, calling on all members of the College Community—students, staff, and alumni—to submit their creative designs.

The competition aims to foster inclusivity and engagement among stakeholders, giving them a chance to contribute to this significant milestone.

Key details prospective participants should note:

  • Submissions can be individual or group efforts.
  • Designs must be in JPG format with a minimum resolution of 1280×960 and sent in size A4 (21cmx29.7cm) via email.
  • A text file explaining the design rationale (shape, colors, font, etc.) in not more than 100 words must accompany each entry.
  • Entries should be emailed to, including the proposer’s identification and capacity (student, staff, alumni).
  • Each participant or group may submit only one entry.

Important considerations for participants:

  • There’s no entry fee.
  • Artists bear sole responsibility for the originality and authenticity of their designs.
  • Designs will undergo scrutiny against trademark databases to ensure originality.
  • Late entries will not be considered.
  • The winning entry will become the property of Enchi College of Education, subject to potential amendments and unrestricted usage.

The deadline for submissions is 2:00 pm on Wednesday, 15th May 2024.

Excitingly, the College has announced a cash prize of Two Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHC2,000) for the individual or group whose logo is selected as the winner.

This competition promises to be a platform for creativity, celebration, and community engagement as Enchi College of Education prepares to mark six decades of excellence in education.
