He started as a Sports Journalist at Liberty FM and has worked for notable organizations such as Asante Kotoko Portal, Gyimah Technology, Sunsum FM, and Bohye FM in Kumasi.

Adolf expanded his career to Faith in Sefwi Dwenase and Best FM in Bogoso. Since 2019, he has been the Managing Editor and Founder of Sefwinews.

He graduated from the Oxford Institute of Business and Journalism in 2012.
