Western North Super Zonal Sports Competition kickstart today

The Western North Super Zonal Sports Competition for Senior High Schools is set to kickstart today, October 2nd, and promises to be a thrilling showcase of athletic talent.

The event will run until October 6th and will take place at the Wiawso College of Education Park.

This eagerly awaited event will showcase a wide range of sports, including football, volleyball, athletics, handball, netball, high jump, long jump, table tennis, and javelin.

With an impressive lineup of events, athletes from various schools are gearing up to put their skills and determination to the test.

With schools from across the Western North region participating, the competition is expected to be fiercely competitive and full of excitement.

Among the schools taking part are Sefwi Wiawso SECTECH, Sefwi Wiawso SHS, Dadieso SHS, Asawinso SHS, Awaso STEM, Nana Brentu SHS, Bibiani SECTECH, Queens Girls SHS, Akontombra SHS, Bodi SHS, Adjoafua SHS, Sefwi Bekwai SHS, and Bia SECTECH.

These schools will be vying for top honors in their respective sports and aiming to prove their dominance in the Western North region.

The competition promises not only fierce sports rivalry but also a platform for camaraderie and sportsmanship among the schools. It provides an opportunity for young athletes to showcase their talents and possibly pave the way for future careers in sports.
