“NDC will deliver on all campaign promises” – Western North Regional Chairman Assures

Western North Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Michael Aidoo, has expressed his unwavering confidence in President John Dramani Mahama’s ability to fulfill all his campaign promises.

Speaking during the inauguration of President Mahama, Michael Aidoo emphasized that the NDC’s campaign message is a social contract between the party and Ghanaians, and they are committed to implementing all promised policies .

Michael Aidoo is particularly enthusiastic about the 24-hour economy policy, which he believes will create employment opportunities for the youth. He stressed that unemployment remains a significant challenge for every government, and the 24-hour economy policy is a crucial step towards addressing this issue.

Some of the key policies that Mr. Aidoo assured will be implemented include:

  • Free Tuition Fee: For first-year tertiary students, aimed at promoting education and reducing financial burdens on families.
  • Establishment of Women Development Bank: To support women’s economic empowerment and provide access to financial resources.
  • Cancellation of E-Levy and Betting Tax: To alleviate the financial burden on citizens and promote economic growth.

Michael Aidoo’s assurance is a testament to the NDC’s commitment to delivering on its campaign promises and improving the lives of Ghanaians.
