Prophet Wisdom Aha, the visionary leader and founder of Believers Weapon Ministry of King Jesus Evangelism, has donated 40 bags of sachets of water to the Asawinso Circuit A Sports Committee.
This generous gesture is in support of the ongoing inter-schools sports competition, which aims to foster unity, teamwork, and healthy competition among Primary and Junior High Schools pupils.
Prophet Wisdom Aha, a respected man of God based in Sefwi Asawinso, is renowned for his tireless efforts in promoting community development and empowering the youth.
His ministry, Believers Weapon Ministry, has established branches in Elluokrom and Sayerano, and continues to spread its message of hope and transformation.
In an exclusive interview with Sefwi Asawinso-based De Beat FM, Prophet Wisdom Aha shared the inspiration behind his donation.
“As the saying goes, ‘charity begins at home.’ When you live in a community, you have a responsibility to seek its development. These children participating in the sports competition are our future leaders, and it’s our duty to support them. I donated the water from my own pocket, without any external sponsorship, because I believe that ‘a drop of water can cause a ripple effect.'”
Prophet Wisdom Aha, a former athlete himself, understands the importance of hydration during sports.
“Water is life, and it’s essential for our youth to stay refreshed and focused during the competition. I urge everyone to contribute their quota, no matter how small, towards the development of our community. Remember, ‘every little counts,’ and together, we can make a significant impact.”
The revered man of God also seized the opportunity to offer words of wisdom to the teachers, sports masters, and organizers of the competition.
“Football is just a game, and the better team wins. Let’s educate our children to embrace the spirit of sportsmanship and fair play. As the saying goes, ‘winning is not everything, but the effort to win is.’ Let’s prioritize transparency and fairness in the competition to avoid any hooliganism.”
