Division One League side Sefwi All Stars has taken decisive action in the ongoing transfer window, strengthening their squad with the permanent acquisitions of winger Appiah Gideon from Asokwa Deportivo and striker Stephen Amoako from Wenchiman Stars FC.
Currently at the bottom of the league table, Sefwi All Stars is fighting to avoid relegation in what has been a challenging season. With only six goals scored in twelve matches, the team’s lack of firepower upfront has been a major concern.
The arrival of Gideon and Amoako is expected to inject much-needed attacking prowess into the squad. Both players bring experience and creativity, with the club hopeful that their inclusion will significantly improve its fortunes.
Sefwi All Stars face a must-win encounter against New Edubiase this Sunday at the Asafo Ramos Park.
The team will be looking to leverage their new signings to secure a positive result and reignite their campaign.
