Deputy Nasara Coordinator for Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Constituency, Ibrahim Mohammed, has condemned the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for their alleged intentional smear campaign against Alfred Obeng Boateng, the Member of Parliament for the area.
Ibrahim Mohammed urged the public to dismiss the NDC’s attempts to tarnish the lawmaker’s reputation.
Mohammed staunchly defended Alfred Obeng Boateng, asserting that the NDC executives in the Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai constituency are resorting to baseless lies, lacking substantial offerings for the public.
He specifically emphasized that the lawmaker never made any claims regarding possessing hidden dollar currencies in his residence.
Expressing disappointment in the conduct of the NDC leadership in the constituency, Mohammed criticized them for their purported ignorance and deceitful tactics.
He further emphasized that the NDC has lost credibility and urged the public to disregard their misinformation about Alfred Obeng Boateng, Member of Parliament for Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Constituency.
“Let’s set the record straight. The MP has never made any claims about hoarded dollar currencies in his home. He is geared up for the upcoming primaries and the 2024 general elections. It’s crucial to focus on doing things correctly,” Mohammed clarified.
Mohammed highlighted that Alfred Obeng Boateng had a standing reputation before his tenure as an MP and urged the public to see through the alleged falsehoods being spread by the NDC.
